Terms & Conditions:

At Buffalo Equip all of our trays and canopies are hand made to order so they can be optioned and changed to suit your requirements.

- Each is fully double-pulse mig welded and made using our T6 - 6000 structural grade sub-frame.

- Our ute-trays are fabricated with a 4mm marine Grade - 5000 checker or Flat-plate Alloy, 3" mandrel bent Head-board, 3mm reinforced tray sides with over centre latches and full-length rope rails along the sides and under the lights.

- Our Custom Canopies are fabricated using a 3mm marine grade – 5000 checker or Flat-plate Alloy, flush or external mounted Gull-Wing Doors with Gas-struts and Whale-tail Locks.

  WARRANTY:

At Buffalo we ensure our welding is to the highest standard and that’s

why we will repair any damage to our welds on-site for a minimum
period of 5 years from invoice date.

All other 3rd party accessories are covered under Australian Consumer law and carry a 12month warranty only.

Buffalo Equip warrants that during the warranty period, it will repair and adjust free of charge, any part of the tray body which is found to be defective in materials and or workmanship and that does not

fall under Buffalo Equip’s own standard of manufacture,

under normal use and operation.

    EXCLUSIONS:

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, accidental or malicious damage, misuse, negligence of any natural disaster or severe weather event or exposure to corrosive substances, chemicals and salt water.

Buffalo Equip offers no warranty against rusting or corrosion, specifically for any steel products but covers alloy products up to a minimum of 12 months against

rusting/corrosion.

Warranty on tonneau covers is limited to 12months on cover fabric with no warranty on the shock cord (as it is a wearing part) as well as no warranty

on surfaces caused by the use of tonneau covers, nets, tray mats or general loads.

Due to the nature of timber, all timber decks offer no warranty against warping, swelling, and splitting, furthermore it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the timber floors are regularly coated.

  PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

Due to the varying options available

in all of our builds and vehicles presented, all specifications are subject to change without notice
in line with continuing improvements to our process. Any imagery of our
products cannot be considered standard due to the custom nature of all our builds.

Additionally, there can be variations in measurements and allowances for all welds due to the

nature of our fabrication process.

  COLOURS:

All Customers must confirm their colour selections with a
specific colour code to ensure any colour-matching is achievable,

failure to provide this information can lead to colour variations and Buffalo Equip

takes no responsibility for incorrect or no information being supplied in the event of

a colour mis-match.

Note - Some metallic and pearl-style colours cannot be colour-matched exactly.

Powder-coat offers no colour -match guarantee

  ORDER PROCESS:

All Retail Orders must have a deposit paid in order to secure a production position.

Lead times are approximate only and can vary due to circumstances beyond Buffalo Equip’s control.

Once your order is confirmed with your deposit, and your order
is booked into production, no changes to your order can be

accepted unless by written approval by Buffalo Equip.

Once completed you will be contacted to arrange either a fitting date or delivery as soon

as your order is nearing completion.

Fitting or Packaging for freight is included in all our pricing.

RETURNS POLICY:

If an item or return is required, our customer sales and service team
will contact you to arrange delivery of your item to our premises with you.

The customer is required to pay return freight if required.

Any freight or travel costs incurred in order to address any item concerns

will not be refunded in any way.

Buffalo Equip does not accept any return without prior consent.

If freight is required, Customers are required to package the item

adequately in order to avoid damages during transit,

any damage occurred during transport is not the

responsibility of Buffalo Equip.

PRICING:

All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.
